i have something to look forward now :D weekend! not this weekend though.
600x8 today. havent got ourselves prepared for this kind of workout. initially, i though we might just jog around the school again if we are not going bp or lpr. but we still did it :D felt accomplished after the last one! though puked but felt high during cool down ((: we ran bare-footed and everyone was looking out for my vomit! when we were at the 300m mark, someone screamed, followed by everyone because that person stepped on something wet and thought that was the vomit haha! i remember there was once, a teacher was telling us his/her experience in girls school. everything was fine except the screaming! there was once the whole group of girls screamed and the teacher asked one of them whats the matter. the girl said " i dont know, i screamed because she screamed",pointing to another girl. the other girl said the same thing too and pointed to another girl till the last girl. she said she screamed because there was a cockroach. its so hilarious! you didnt even know what you are screaming for. i never thought it was true because it didnt happen in my life in sn or ph (couldnt remember) until today! oh man just realised i didnt stretch. had pepper lunch for dinner after training. YUMMY! thanks wanying for paying less than half for me :D i think i shall pack for tomorrow now. PF! PF! <3
