MUSCLEACHES~
my whole body is aching. literally WHOLE BODY! applied 3 kinds of products yesterday before i slept. counterpain on arms and legs, zheng gu shui on the special part of leg! cause hardly anyone will hurt there. joey said was special! :D and the usual cream on my knee. couldnt sleep straight away because it was so uncomfortable. so accompany george till all medication settled down. this morning was like hell. muscleache worsen )): cant really straighten my right arm. how am i going to run tomorrow ): but i guess every midd is suffering now. you fu tong xiang you nan tong dang ((: i guess yesterday's training really worn me out. had naps 2 days in a row. i never have the habit of taking naps. hope i will be something long huo hu (means feel energetic) because it is hua yu day tomorrow!
