sonn and jia ai came for training today. did long drills and relays today! 4x200. lucky wasnt 4x400! kind of satisfied :D ran bare-footed for cool down on the burning track. after running 3 rounds, all of us couldnt take it. some wore back their shoes, some continued jogging bare-footed. i continued jogging bare-footed. we poured water on our legs before continue our last 2 rounds. first few steps were still cooling but when we started jogging again, couldnt take it again. lucky hanyu brought her bottle along. so whenever she poured water on the track, those bare-footers would rushed to that tiny puddle so cool our feets. she is like the idol and we are like her fans who follow her around! which is very pathetic! conditioning and tata! training end! ms lim said we are doing long run on friday! WHEEEE! :DD had lunch at AMK Hub again with sonn jia ai ruth shi ting winsy serlin jennifer chloe! ate at foodcourt. miss kimchi noodles now )): jennifer and serlin left and the rest of us went arcade! in pe shirts. the 2 old horses screamed the most! haha~ we won many tickets :DD after that, went jurong with george. went jec and imm. saw julia and a few familiar faces. bought RED socks and HOME!
going out with esther and wenjuan tmr! havent seen them for so long. excited :D
