MY KNEE HURTS ALOT AND I DONT KNOW WHY ):
usually it hurts only when i am walking/running&standing. now even sitting, it hurts! )):
mykeyboard and mouse died. only able to work this morning :D lucky they are working or else it will be like tuesday ): so bored till i resorted to screaming for self-entertain with george! :p i did 1000 skips though :D maybe doing again tonight :DD
monday
did same training like last week. then off to jurong for midd outing :D only 6 midds went )): worse than the previous one. organising another this coming monday, hope more can make it! had lots and lots of fun there :D we played ICE CUBE (freeze & melt) and many other stuff. took pictures&videos too!
wednesday
300 workout. tiring and my calves were so tight (still hurt when i walk now). ran in the rain! :DD it has been a long time since we ran i the rain because st nicks is blessed. hardly rain when we are training. conditioning with medicine ball too. ate ban mian again! this time with ruth, jennifer,joey&zhixi. vera(?) went too but she ate carrot cake. after eating, my mum&george came. wanted to buy books but it was raining so buying tmr or tues. went vivo for window shopping at first. i remember about my shirt and went in pull and bear. found the shirt but too tight ): all medicine balls and dumb bells doings' )): george bought a shirt though. ate and food republic and HOME :D
might not be going upper perice tomorrow ): but hope it will rain halfway while jogging :D not during workout~
