woke up so relucantly at 630 yesterday ): off for training at 7. as usual, did our TOUGH training. guess we will do that every monday till we swing our arms vigorously! cool down was 3km. jogged on the grass cause my knee was so pain~ after training, we continue to make our souvenirs. i sorted out the alphabets till my neck hurts )): ran off with ruth to bathe after sorting out! ran out of school again. MIDD OUTING AGAIN :D this time is bowling~ at safra yishun ((: sonn wan ting francoise winsy shi ting ruth serlin & i went :D had lunch at pizza hut! it is somewhere in amk. havent been there before! oh i left ruth's umbrella in the bus so shi ting & her rushed to AMK Hub/interchange! lucky its near. shi ting's pizza was arrived VERY LATE so we reached safra yishun quite late. bowl bowl & bowl! i played 4 games because it was so addictive! supposed to just play 2 games. when we were playing our 2nd game, the light turned blue suddenly and was playing hip songs! like disco~ it was so funny to see shi ting bowl! when its her turn, she would just throw the bowl and walked off! she didnt care if it hits or not!! while the rest were so happy for her if she hit it! sonia was laughing like a mad woman when we realised that. for the next few games, shi ting hit like 7-9 which is sooo good! so we decided to follow her way of doing but i hit only 2 or 3. AND I FOUND MY FAVOURITE BOWLING BALL! it is orange and only 6 pounds :DD i took pictures with it ((: I LOVE BOWLING SHOE TOO! SO COMFORTABLE~
