must really thank god for it! was so nervous when i was in school. my heart was seriously going to jump out, like literally jump out! then kept praying & i really calm down! so amazing cause before i ran, i was really feeling good :D i think thats why i can do my pb! and also must thank everyone's encouragements (: was really focus cause i really forgot about tomorrow's test! and oh ya! at the last 100m, there was this girl in the pack suddenly shouted 'ouch' ! really in pain that kind! don't know if she got spiked or her leg cramp. getting spiked is super scaryyyyyy :/ and this remind me of my primary6 800m heats, there was this girl said excuse me to me!! like as if i will excuse her! serliny and i laughed at lots of people today :/ i know it's bad but just couldn't help it! and she kept asking why guys can run so fast & must follow the way they run. and when we were talking about it, we saw many 'unique' training style! HAHA thats why we kept laughing. & i am prepared to die for tmr's geooooo
